How to tranlate the two partner language

The real and ,effective way of translating two languages by the Master translator is to translate the meaning or the thought of every sentences.When you translate it by "word for word", the result is grammatically wrong.See example A.1 below

example A.1

correct translation :1.Maria went to town  (english)
                               1.Si Maria ay pumunta sa bayan (Filipino/tagalog)

                              
                               2.I love you very much (english)
                               2.Mahal na mahal kita (Filipino/tagalog)

Wrong translation (word for word method)
          
                               1.ako ay pilipino,sila ang mapang-aping mga dayuhan sa ating bayang sinilanagn
                               1.I is Pilipino.they are a slavery foreigner in our country we birth
